Hi Everyone – it’s Becca here.
I hope you are all having a wonderful spring and that summer feels like it’s just round the corner!
I have started up a new blog called Lady Lentil and I wondered if you’d like to join me on my journey? 🙂
Each month there will be a forecast based on five elements. This will be very similar to the ones I used to write for Bailey Essences, but the focus will be broader. I will focus on food, exercise and activities for living with the seasons as well as talking about flower essences from time to time.
For now Lady Lentil is mostly a vegetarian recipe site with a focus on cooking with the seasons, supporting the five elements and conscious eating. But my plan is for it to grow over time to include more on five elements and more in depth writing on different ingredients.
For now my writing might include reference to these topics:
- emotional well-being
- relevant exercise
- environmental issues
There will be a weekly newsletter, published every Tuesday. The newsletters will alternate between different topics.
